Apple Pie Filling

Making apple pie couldn’t be any easier: heat up, add a thickener, pour, and bake! There is NO thickener in this filling. To thicken, add 1 Tablespoon of either arrowroot or tapioca starch, then heat in a saucepan until thickened slightly. Let cool for a bit, then pour filling into crust (or pan for a crisp) and bake.
